Installing the FTP ANT task on Windows

Dependencies:

• Jakarta ORO. Download from here.
• commons-net.jar. Download from here.

Copy the two JAR's to the ext folder of the J2RE. So I copied jakarta-oro-2.0.8.jar and commons-net-1.2.2.jar into C:\j2sdk1.4.2\jre\lib\ext.
